Insomnia Unplugged: Throw Back the Covers and Reclaim the Restful Sleep You Need and Deserve
This class, presented by Terry Kraemer, will teach participants about the different types of insomnia, the importance of sleep, effective sleep enhancing habits and interventions and an easy technique to relax and reduce anxiety. Furthermore, participants will create individual plans to work toward reclaiming restful sleep.
