Yeah, spring and Easter are not far off! We would like to share with you two of our favorite spring and Easter recipes for an awesome celebration!
You say you don’t like lamb? Well, this may change your mind! For the lamb lover, here is a delicious recipe.
Rack or racks of lamb (two chops per person)
Salt and pepper
Sear lamb on all sides in a dry pan.
Salt and pepper lamb.
Spread lamb with goat cheese, then mustard.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
If desired, serve with mint jelly (that’s our GREEN for March) and a glass of Pinot Noir. Voila
